Betarctica runs no large welcome package. What it offers instead is a set of standing rewards: a jackpot, a network prize drop, the Wheel of Gods, daily cashback and rakeback, and the VIP Market. Each is set out here with its terms, in pounds converted from euro.
Free Money
The Free Money screen: jackpot, tournament and promo codes
Free Money is the promotions screen, reached from the second button in the bottom bar. Our screenshot shows its layout. Two tabs at the top, All and Tournaments, filter the list, and a green Activate Promocode button sits beside a purple Free Money ticket. Below come the offers as large cards, each with a Join Now button.
The first card is the jackpot, with a prize pool of €1,000,000, about £842,050. It runs on selected slots, combines fixed and progressive prizes and pays the win as cash you can withdraw. Only real-money stakes take part. The second card, marked Tournament, carries a ship under sail and a pool of €600,000 (about £505,230). That is Lucky Boom, the Playson and Booongo prize drop.

Wheel of Gods
Two daily wheels: a free Zeus spin and a paid Hades spin
The Wheel of Gods gives each player who has made at least one deposit a free spin on the Zeus wheel every day, plus one paid spin on the Hades wheel in each 24 hours. Both wheels have eight sectors, and the sectors do not have equal odds. Prizes are bonus money from £1 to £435 or between 5 and 100 free spins. The terms quote these sums in pounds, which is unusual for a casino that otherwise works in euro.
Wheel prizes carry x35 wagering, and the most you can convert into real money is five times the prize. A £10 prize therefore needs £350 in qualifying bets and can turn into no more than £50 of cash. Self-excluded accounts cannot spin, and the timer runs on a rolling 24 hours from your last spin rather than resetting at midnight.
Bonus rules
Promo codes and the rules every bonus follows
Codes go into the Activate Promocode field on the Free Money screen or into the bonus selector at registration. Some codes work only at sign-up and others only afterwards. No public codes were displayed when we looked.
- Wagering is worked out on deposit plus bonus, times the multiplier for that offer.
- Bonuses usually last 7 days. Free spin validity is set by the game studio.
- One bonus can be active at a time, and each promotion pays at most one bonus a day.
- Your cash balance is used up first, and only then the bonus balance.
- Highest stake while wagering: €5, about £4.21.
- You cannot take a bonus while a withdrawal is pending.
- You can drop a bonus under My bonuses or through support, which also removes its winnings.
The terms also name patterns treated as abuse: large bets on games with low contribution, sharp changes in stake size, holding back free spins, and roulette bets covering 25 or more numbers.

Every VIP level with its cashback, rakeback and limits
The ladder below follows Appendix A of the VIP Program Rules, effective 5 October 2026, with the euro figures turned into pounds. Each level also needs a minimum of Stars from wagering and Gems from deposits, so passing the deposit threshold alone is not enough.

Cashback is paid daily at 00:00 UTC on net losses, with a floor of €1 (about £0.84), and may arrive as bonus money. Bonus cashback then carries a playthrough of 40 times on the Bronze and Silver tiers, 25 times on Gold and Platinum, and 10 times on Obsidian. Rakeback is based on the net revenue the casino makes from your play rather than on your losses. The rules do not publish the exact formula, so we give no worked example for it.
Other perks
What the higher levels add besides cash
Beyond the percentages, the VIP rules list a personal VIP manager, exclusive bonuses and codes, support by messenger, priority handling, gifts and merchandise, private tournaments and discounts in the Chip Store. The rules do not say from which level each perk begins. Entry to the scheme is automatic once your identity is verified, and a level is never taken away for inactivity.
VIP Market
The VIP Market and its Lamborghini Urus
Shop, the fourth button in the bottom bar, opens the VIP Market. As the screenshot shows, the market has a prize pool of €1,000,000, roughly £842,050, with a Lamborghini Urus 2026 as the headline item. You buy items with Chips, also called VIP Coins, which you earn by making deposits. Every item is sold in limited stock.
